"Self worth isn’t tied to the shape of my body": Anshula Kapoor on her weight loss journey

It's not easy to lose weight! It takes time, patience, consistency, and a great deal of willpower. Above all, one must learn to put one's health ahead of anything else. While losing weight may be your ultimate goal, Keto Now must also ensure that your health and wellness are on track.

Anshula Kapoor, a businesswoman and sister of Bollywood actor Arjun Kapoor, recently posted a photo of herself in gym clothes with a note to self, showcasing her tremendous change. Despite the fact that the article was centred on her incredible physique transformation, she made it very obvious how essential it is to accept yourself, what she refers to as a "perfectly imperfect me."

To her, what does "being healthy" imply?

"Note to self: Talk a little gently to yourself today," Anshula wrote in the post.

"Today, "healthy" means so much more to me than how I appear in the mirror. "One of my first steps toward being a better me was to admit that I wasn't in the best mental shape, and that I needed to address what was eating me from the inside before I could focus on anything else," she continues.

She talks about her mental health issues at the time and how she had to go to therapy. "It took so much counselling," she says. There were so many tears. So much ambiguity. Fear, setbacks, and discomfort are all part of the game. Doubts about oneself. Then came the self-awareness. "And so the mending began."

Anshula admits that she is still a "work in progress" after the two-year voyage. She claims that it took her a long time to realise her worth, that it was unrelated to the shape of her body, and that focusing on her flaws and imperfections would be detrimental to Keto strive

"I am flawed, but yet deserving," the star kid writes at the end of her note.

Arjun Kapoor, like Anshula, had shed roughly 50 pounds before breaking into the Bollywood film industry.

"Just putting it out there that I love every chapter of my life," he wrote alongside a before and after photo of himself. Every step of the way, back then and now, I've always been myself. "I treasure everything about it."

He believes he understands what his mother meant when she said that life is a journey and that you will always be a work in progress as he recalls her remarks.
